Not A Bug: Bug with 2nd prize in summer casino?

The 2nd prize quest for the summer casino requires to finish 3 1-hour production to get 2 tickets. You get the tickets for starting these buildings, finishing them is not necessary.

I'm playing in Dunarsund but i don't think it matters much here....

I had to complete them; are you sure that you did not accept the quest, then do your collecting, with the supplies at 1 hour ready to collect, but not aware that this quest was to pop up?

Just tested this and can not recreate the issue. Mine are incomplete with 4 supplies buildings doing a 1 hour build.

I need it finish all 1 hour production
then i can finish that quest

it do not finish when it start to produce 1 hour-production...

u may accept quest and collected 3 or more current "1 hour production" and u try to start your quest..but in fact, it count yout existing production too
