Not A Bug: Bug task "celebrate victory"

Even when the task "celebrate victory" is finished : produce to trophies is checked but even when people are made more enthusiastic, the task is not validated and remain to be done. So we can't receive the 350 supplies.

The task has just been accepted but it took some time.
