Bronze/Iron Age

I have finished 4 starting province and i cant scout anything more.
I went to iron Age and still cant send scouts to next province on world map.
Is this bug? Common thing?
<on main world have been in iron age like 6 years ago, and i think it was a bit diffrent>

yes, and i dont even have any way to go further. Down there everything is green

Well the neocity that will be part of the new QI is to start in Iron Age. As it is supposed to be almost ready for testing on Beta you have to expect stuff in Iron age to be going wrong as they never have been able to add anything new to the game without breaking something already there that works fine.
