I have the same problem when i switch from Flash to HTML5 with Opera. After a few mins the game frozen and when i refresh the browser i get the same message

I have been unable to reproduce this. For those that have had an issue, is it only happening in Opera?
I've seen the issue occasionally on live as well (Chrome browser) - Usually it's fixed after another refresh. I think the freeze is the browser's html5 webgl crashing. And on first refresh it may not have restarted again yet.
Edit : To add to this, i found it most common when i had many browser tabs open and other html5 tabs (some not FoE) crashed simultaneously - it may be related to memory consumption.
