So I take it the trainees are still on their Easter break. I do not remember if the History Event has side quests to complete. But if it does will there be one to sell X number of goods in the AD?. If MTG holds true to form it would be the first quest LOL

Small details. Between when the bug was reported and now there were a total of 0 (ZERO) business days.
Still not a good service, but in the end this is beta. It would matter only if the bug reach live after it was fixed on beta (like some of the bugs on QI).

FoE is a 24/7 x 365 days per year game played across every time zone on the planet. It generates a significant financial income for Inno ( multiple millions of euro's per year). It does not seem unreasonable to expect a level of customer service which matches the hours that customers are engaged in the game.

Please remember, that you all are playing on a beta server where issues like these are not uncommon and even to be expected.
