Not only it doesn't open, but after trying to open it I cannot open other things.

If I open the inventory new thing are still flagged after refresh
If I try to open communication center, after AD, it doesn't open. A refresh restore the communication center, but not the AD.

Same here. And yes it's holiday today and on Monday, too. So most likely the problem may be fixed earliest on Tuesday, if Inno doesn't have a emergency support team ready to fix (major) issues.
