Troubleshooting

clearing cache makes no difference

Cannot plunder neighbors, cannot see guild mates, cannot see friends. Aid all overlay is preventing me from seeing individuals in all areas.

This Issue is only when You open a map, or GbG or any settlement before using the tabs.
Refresh the game and go straight to the hood, guild or friends and You will be able to see them, just reported this bug yesterday.
