Fixed on Beta: Achievements and Spring Event overlapping

Reproduction Steps:
- Visit someone who has listed some achievements in their profile
- Look in the top right corner

Issue Description: The Spring Event is covering the achievements.

This should have been fixed with yesterdays daily update. Specifically this:
  • Fixed an issue where the event HUD was showing when visiting other players cities
