Fixed on Beta: Achievement token does not upgrade

I have finished all quests in the 2018 Halloween event. I would expect that my achievement medal for the Halloween events upgrades from bronze (one star) to selver (two stars), as it did with Fall, Summer and Spring events, but it did not.
Maybe this was not intended, (than it is no bug) but there is no info about if it.
