A question about GB's and their blueprints

Yang10

Marquis
Hello again everybody. I've been meaning to ask a question that's come to my mind.
In Greifental, at the English server, after building my Statue of Zeus, I started investing forge points in my friends' Tower of Babel since level 0 and had been first in all levels (now at level 6).
My question is: If I, hypothetically, invested forge points in a Great Building and got first in all of its levels, would I, without trading any pair of blueprints, get the hole set of blueprints from that GB?
I think the answer is yes, but I wanted to ask, just to be sure.
Thanks, Yang10.

P.S.: I asked here and not in the English server because this might be something to be improved in the future here, at the Beta server.

You will have a big chance to get them all because you will get a 19 or 20 BDs if you are always first.
But there is also a little chance that you have bad luck and don't have all 9 BDs.

Thank you Martinus, nice point of view, but I kind of think luck doesn't rule the blueprints.
See this: Once I went second in a level 6 Deal Castle and won the northern and northeastern blueprints. And when I leveled up an Acatraz from level 6 to level 7 and went second as well, I won the exact same blueprints, the northern and northeastern.
That can't be a coincidence. There must be some patern.

If you have "luck", you can get only one blueprint all the time ;)

Blue print receiving is completely random, both from contributing to other player's GBs and from motivating/polishing/plundering. You can't base a pattern just from having the same instance happen to you twice --- I've been part of several guilds during my gameplay on the main servers and some of those guilds collected data for weeks, trying to find any patterns. While summarizing the data would point to something, after the guild members tried implementing their findings in gameplay, it didn't improve their blue print collection.

You've happen to win the same two blue print pieces on the same level for two different GBs, but rest assured that there are those who received two doubles in a same case. It's truly random, seeing any pattern is simply because one is searching for a pattern so you're finding "patterns" in the randomness. :)

if you get 2 (or even 3) BPs as a single reward from donating to a GB, they will never be duplicates of each other (they could be dupes of what you already have)

thats wrong

you can get 2 or even 3 same BPs

in the corner of that BP in the reward window is then 2x or 3x

Not true; I recently won 3 bp's for contributing; one had a x2 in the upper left corner, and there was one different, proving that in at least one instance, I received duplicates in the same reward.

I found a pattern ... that's a small chance of getting BPs

are you sure about that? I am pretty sure I have seen mods say that that is impossible

What is impossible is receiving a duplicate of 2 different blue prints you trade in. If they are different pieces, you will receive a third blue print piece that is not one of the two traded in (though that does not mean the new piece won't be a double of itself, if you previously had it then it would be a double, just not a double of the traded in pieces). You can, however, receive x2 or x3 for the same piece through contribution. Trust me, I've seen enough complaints about that over the various forums. :D

Hello kaizeren.

Your pattern is totally wrong. There is a 100 % change of getting BPs if you contribute a given amount of FP to a GB.

I found a pattern.

Did not say what.

how can I be wrong in anything other than what is said?

Well... are you going to say it, or do we have to guess?

Some of those (Capitol most of all) are wrong, but only a few little ones.
This information's come from a friend in Spain.
Some of them have been tried by me, and I've seen some not work, that's why I mention the Capitol :p
Have fun trying them, if you like :D
