Fixed on Beta: [40367] FP not usable for technology

Correction to my previous post: most of the time I can still use FP in Great Buildings.
But sometimes even that is not possible.

Maybe this is related with an older bug, which is still active on live?
Yesterday I had 4 FP in the FP bar, and wanted to add them to the GB of a guildmate, whith whom I have a daily FP swap.
I got the error message "Not enough Forge Points - need to have 4" (in english on the .de server). All FP were subtracted from my bar, but none added to the GB - I had to reload to get the FP back.

Refresh the game page, then you should be able to spend them in a Great Building. The attempt to spend them in Research is what causes that.

In case you encounter this issue and try to "spend" minus diamonds - it will actually use your diamonds 50 per 1 missing FP.
