I think there might be a problem with this quest.
Quest is straithforward - gather silver from tavern and spend 11 fp.

Problem is that I havent yet collected silver from tavern and this part is marked as "done".
I have however spend some silver on taver on upgrades, and sat in some neightbours taverns (from which I only got silver once - 30 in total).

The same happened for me.

I bought the green tablecloth upgrade for 4000 coins and the "Collect 150 Tavern Silver in the Friends Tavern" is now marked as completed.
