shouldn't it be 0.1%?
Tan they have always rounded the number in the Arc. In the app version it shows 0%.

Yep, and they have been aware for months and yet not fixed. I reminded @Zarok Dai recently and she said the devs are aware of the visual error and have not fixed it yet. There was no explanation if it will be fixed in the near future or not. The whole word is wrong for the description and not just the statistics. It currently reads...
Contribution boost:
Contribution rewards you get are increased by 83.5%. At the next level, they are increased by 84%.
and
Contribution boost:
Contribution rewards you get are increased by 94%. At the next level, they are increased by 94%.
It should read...
Contribution boost:
Contribution rewards you get are increased by 83.5%. At the next level contribution rewards are increased by an additional 0.5%.
or
Contribution boost:
Contribution rewards you get are increased by 83.5%. At the next level contribution rewards are 84.0%.
or
Contribution boost:
Contribution rewards you get are increased by 94.0%. At the next level contribution rewards are 94.1%.
It should always show the full % eg 0.1% or 0.5% not just the truncated amount.
@Tanmay11 don't forget that the app version shows 0.0% or NaN instead of the correct % as well. Even thou it's a visual error it's still misleading and frustrating.

The original wording seems ok.
'they' can only refer back to 'contribution rewards' and thus the next level text is consistent.
To be correct, your last number would need to be 194.1%.
I think the slight confusion is that 'increase' is too similar to 'increment' so the GB level up gets confused with the GB benefit. It would almost be better if a more ambiguous form were used -
Contribution boost:
Contribution rewards you get are increased by 94.0%. At the next level it is 94.1%.
With the 'it' absorbing everything for the repeat.

It's referring to the boost not the entire reward. So 194.1% would be incorrect. Look at the heading "contribution boost".
