Fixed on Beta: [29272] Failed to Aid feature

i am not sure when this was implemented but this feature is not working in BETA server.

this happened when i tried to aid a player who had no buildings available to be motivated or polished
got different results in BETA and EN servers.

I get the "failed to aid" message when I try to aid immediately after the aid bar lights up (after exactly 24 hours is up). A second later, it does aid properly with another click. This can happen in both beta and live servers.

I see this happen in both beta and live servers on a regular basis.
