Ranking Rebalancing - Medals


Greetings Beta,

We want to let everyone know that there will be a rebalancing of ranking points that will occur late Monday night to early Tuesday morning.
It has been decided that there will no longer be point gains from medal donations, and all points that have been gained from medal donations will be reset. This means that some of you will experience a drop in ranking when this occurs.
While this may be a shock to some, this decision was based directly on feedback from Beta, and the realization that the point gains were actually causing an imbalance, and that it should be addressed before release to the live servers.
Balancing is an important part of the game, and Beta is here to test these very things, especially when it comes to new features that affect global rankings as medal donations have done.
It has also been decided there will be no compensation offered as any medals donated still had/have value in the game and to your guild. The only thing being removed are the unreasonable point gains caused by these donations.
We want to thank everyone for their efforts in testing these new features, and for your feedback that was listened to. You can leave any feedback about this change here.
