Overview of the bug: This tech (Advanced Vacuum Distillation) requires the good it provides the goods building for, to be researched itself.
This makes it kinda hard to get the tech done, isn't it?
Also, should it require Asteroid Ice already? The other goods buildings don't need it...

When you research the tech you'll run into this.
Urgency: High (for those advancing to SAAB even critical)
Preventative Actions:
Unavoidable unless you have event buildings that provide the goods.
Summary:
People moving to SAAB will not be able to get this building properly, if they need it to produce the good "Compound Fluid"
