I tried suggesting this in discord, but couldn't find exact channel there.
For this event, while player checking deck of cards, make this small change to display the number of ability cards available in the deck as a footer design or any other easy way to share the ability cards details. It will avoid many clicks while checking deck of cards.
This detail can be presented from the moment player opened the view deck of cards.
If there is no ability cards and player chose to view deck of cards, it shows "No Ability cards in your deck".
Otherwise display the total ability card count detail as "<ability card count> Ability cards in your deck".

Very late. Did you skip this event in beta? I like this suggestion but now it's chances are very less and we need to wait and see next year only. I really don't know if dev team will make changes in the live server where the event is currently running.

because if the changes would be done before the event we would have won those level 2 timed buildings and not level 1 to upgrade them

They are so determined and focusing very much to make the players unhappy by giving time limited level 2 on size 4x2.
I seriously don't know why they decided to change it.
Item was not given for free in the event mini-game and there are chances to earn multiple of those items. If it is collected more and more during events, then they should reduce the frequency of collecting the item repeatedly instead of changing the permanent capacity of the building on level 2.
This change might be the second worst decision in FOE for this year.
Many more changes like these are yet to come for this year and I am not going to be surprised.

Looking at the new stats of the Lilac Garden lvl 1 (+3/3 red attack for a 2x4 building) it's bad even for a 2022 building. These will all go straight to the AD once their buff wears off.

The text says that once expired you cannot store it (so no selling to AD).
I'm not sure this text is correct, since that is a text legacy of active building that became inactive, not that lost one level. Not going to test it.

1. Before starting the board, make sure that there is a fragment of the Dragon. Let's launch.
