New Idea Extend QI duration 1h on monday

I want to sleep till 7:00, then collect my last production, sell all production buildings, build monuments or statues and have some time left to fight

QI ending time is moved from 8:00 to 9:00, starting time stays at 8:00
Balance
players an avoid an alarm at 6:00, will make more Qunatum points and can go rested to work

Summary
mving the ending time to 9:00 gives us one more production we can use in QI

Ending time for QI should be 9:00, so that we can use the last production to build decorations
