Fixed on Beta: Zero ranking points for all players in social bar

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open the social bar - can be neighbour, Guild or friend
2. Scroll along the bar
3. All players have zero ranking points

Issue Description (10/10):

Please include the following information:
- What you were expecting to happen - Usual social bar with the correct ranking points showing
- What actually happened All players have zero ranking points
- Visual reference if available - no, sorry

I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: Yes/No Yes

There's an update ongoing right now, once it's fully complete the social bar scores should be correct.
