Investigating: Wrong number of unlocked stones

Troubleshooting
Closed and opened the event and the error was fixed,
Under the board in the anniversary event the number of locked stones is displayed. This number is wrong after restarting a board.

Recreation steps
Finish a board (complete or incomplete)
Reset the board
Actual Behavior
The text said "There are 12 unlocked pieces remaining on the board."
Expected Behavior
"There are 32 unlocked pieces remaining on the board."
Frequency
Only noticed it once.
Can this be reproduced?
