Fixed on Beta: Wrong countdown in "Building finished in xxx m

In "-19:05 m" would be 19:05 m in the past, i.e. the building should be finished already.
When hovering with the mouse over the building under construction, the timer is correct.

Independent from browser (The timer seems to be correct with the App. There is one possibility only being similar to the hovering with the mouse)
Recreation steps
Clicking on the construction area several times won`t change the picture. The mistake exists on the live servers as well.
