Cannot Reproduce: World map - sector negotiation - buy resources / buy all hanging

Hi,

Recently I was given a quest to aquire 1 sector without a fight.
Sadly I did not has all required resources to negotiate a sector, thus I did the following:

1. from sector preview (where you have options to fight / negotiate) I went to trade market and traded some resources
2. from same windot I tried to buy 4 pieces of fertilizer (for 20 diamonds) and it hung
3. refreshed the game, tried once more - still hungs
4. refreshed the game, tried "buy all" button - hungs
5. after couple of hours tried to buy resources and it hungs still

Ctrl + F5 / Ctrl + R did not resolve the issue
