Hello Kings and Queens,
Within the most recent update, we have had reports on Beta regarding login issues from mobile devices. Following these reports, we have investigated it further, and found the source of the difficulties. Currently, these issues can arise, and prevent players from logging in via a mobile device, when the fall event building (Golden Crops) is placed next to a set building.
Currently, a fix for this technical issue is planned for the next update. However, for any players effected, we also have a work-around.
If you are having issues logging in via mobile, we would advise using a browser to login. From there, to change the layout of your city, so that the Golden Crops building is no longer residing next to a set building. Following that re-orientation of your city's layout, you should be able to log in via mobile.
As a further disclaimer - for any players that want to log in via mobile devices, we would also strongly recommend avoiding placing Golden Crops next to a set building (until next update).
