Not A Bug: Winter Spire does not show up on mobile devices

I have a game strategy (even on the beta world) of collecting on a 24-hour clock and at the same time every day. My time is between midnight and 1 a.m. (7-8 p.m. Eastern Timezone). I often use my iPhone to collect and it wasn't until a few days ago I realize the reason I keep missing my Winter Spire is that the building doesn't show up on my iPhone.

I know the Winter event 2018 isn't optimized for mobile until it goes live but the building is in the ground - shouldn't it work like all other buildings in the ground?

The asset is not on the iOS app so it can not display the Spire. This isn't a bug, it's just that the winter content is not on the app yet.
