It has happened before and apparently will again this year. Saturday/Sunday are the only days that they've never used for an event start.

Could someone explain the Elfie Nog house? As in do you need to get the elf prizes x 4 to get it to full level?
Pros;
Game runs really smoothly, the snow effect is lovely as always, it's cool to have so many prizes (even if I can't find one!), and I know for many players a less involved game is popular.
Cons;
I think game seems to run more smoothly this year, but it's really one of the weakest games to me, because I really like games like Wildlife/Halloween/Archaeology(rip). I'd love some game component to next year. As a fix, it would be nice if there were more stars, even just for the illusion that you've more to do?

there's different elf prizes you'll need to get it to the full level, but yes you'll need 4 in total.

1. Can you get any of it in one of the elf prizes instead of a choco factory or 100 FP or whatever
2. Is it possible you'd need more than 4 e.g. could you get 2 gold level up and no silver one
1. Yes all of the pieces are in the elf prizes. They're not in every elf prize - i.e. my lineups right now have the nog house lv 1 in one, and no pieces in the other. Use the "?" by the prize to see which prizes can be swapped to on a side this time.
2. Yes, getting 2 golden upgrades would be of no use to you unless you were making a second nog house.

Has the months long winter event ever started on a day that wasn't 1st of December? I don't know if it would be better to start on black friday and go to xmas or just go all december to new years, too many holidays all at once.
By a little bit yes. In fact it usually doesn't start *exactly* on the first. 2021 it started on the 2nd for instance. 2022 was the first time since 2016 it started on the 1st.

And they all ended Jan 1st or did exactly 32 days? Usually I'm doing new years so I don't get on at all.

No, length has varied over the years. 32 days has been the recent length though.

30 plus your 20 free stars so 50 a day. Not really enough to do anything with, especially with no stars from the incidents
