Complete Frosty's quests to get Winter Stars. Exchange them for awesome presents in the Winter event window!
Dear Queens and Kings,
Frosty the Snowman is back! He brings with him new quests for the winter season.
Complete them in exchange for some of our seasonal currency – Winter Stars! Collect as many as you can, because you will use the Stars to open presents!
Every day brings a new set of presents containing goodies such as Forge Points, blueprints, units and buildings… There’s also a special prize every day, which is displayed in the top left corner of the window and can be found in one of the presents… The special prize is always something more desirable or special!
Each set of rewards is available for 24 hours. At the start of each day, you'll see the day's set of presents. When you press the "Start" button, the presents are hidden and shuffled. To open a present you will have to spend 10 Stars. When the countdown for the day runs out, the presents reset and a new special prize takes the previous one’s place, so make sure you don't miss out and open presents if the special prize is something you really want! If you do happen to miss a special prize that you simply must have, you will be able to buy it for Diamonds the next day (in most cases).
You will always be able to open at least one present per day, as you will get 10 Stars daily for free

Special tiles
In addition to the regular gifts, there’s also a chance you might stumble upon a special tile when you open a present. These are:
| Shuffle |
| The entire set of presents are revealed, and you must press the "Start" button to hide and shuffle the presents again. You'll also get 10 stars added directly to your total stars. |
| Double payout |
| The next present you open will be doubled. If the reward is a building, you'll get two of them! |
| Show 2 |
| The contents of two unopened presents are revealed (but not taken) and you get 3 stars. |
There is a great number of awesome rewards that you can win. Many of the Winter buildings from the previous years will be available again for you to obtain.
We will also have two Winter avatars for you (not to mention Frosty's pretty face, if you don't possess it yet):
But the most exciting part are - as always - the new event buildings!
And there are nine of them - all of them themed after Swedish winter markets.
Of course they all make up a new set- the "Winter Village"
. This time, however, there is no one specific arrangement that makes them look well. You can put them together in any way you wish, but make sure that they touch enough of the other Winter Village buildings, so that you maximize your profits.
The Winter Event on Beta ends on December 7th.
Please note that the event will not be available on mobile for a few more days as the mobile app version that supports it is not released yet. We plan on releasing it and enabling the event on mobile next week. You may encounter troubles interacting with the new Winter buildings on mobile before this happens.
