Troubleshooting

Same as recreation steps.

Event questline freeze after clicking on collect portrait reward.

We were able to collect 30 fragments from last quest, but we have not reached the last quest yet ...

Click on collect first time- you get 30 fragments for panda.

I don't have that bug and didn't get those fragments


and I think this bug will solve itself in 2 days when you really reach 40 (if you then have done all quests)
because today was quest 38

Yep, first time I was popped with collect the 30 fragments.
Second I have the portrait, but it is broken.

Looks like it's bigger issue...


Come back in 13:34:18 h but finished ALL quests?


After collection (fragments went to inventory):


Clicked "Collect" and then freeze.

And fragments in inventory:




I've reloaded the game, "Collect" button became green again, clicked it and again freeze.
And again, same result - green, click, freeze.
Same behavior if clicked on another tab - "Daily" or "Story" > back to "Event" > button green, click, freeze.

I can't no more play the event.

This is probably caused by todays bugfix (too many quests). I will forward it.

those fragments are actually the reward for all 51 quests

so maybe we don't get them there again

Yeah, I am sure that's what they will do.
The game will consider we got those 30 Fragments in advance and will give us nothing extra at the end of completing quests.

We'll get 30 fragments of single fragment from those 30 we got before, which will require 1k fragments to complete.
I'm going crazy with those fragments of fragments of fragments
Joke, I'm okay with fragments in general, but not with the proportion of required / earned.
