Reason
recurring quest asking to face an army, allows to make a lot of point thanks to click simulators
Details
quests appear cyclically it's easy too use simulator clic
Balance
make sure that the battle points are counted only if the second condition is validated. Otherwise the other possibility will be to make the recurring quests appear randomly and not cyclically as at present (exemple /rand 1-10 if 10 recurring quest and no quest number 1 --> quest number 2 -- > ... --> quest number 10 --> quest number 1 etc ...
Abuse Prevention
it's for stop cheat ...

Hello, all the big players know that the recurring quest asking to face an army, allows to make a lot of point thanks to click simulators. You have delivered the same quests in the new era, so if you want to do it no problem, but make sure that the battle points are counted only if the second condition is validated. Otherwise the other possibility will be to make the recurring quests appear randomly and not cyclically as at present.

+1 , in order to see who is cheating, devs can use something simple.

When a person use one of those auto click simulators, he/she must give specific coordinates (an specific pixel).

the idea is "If a certain pixel is clicked more than 3 times within 1 minute, the person is a cheater = perma ban". It is almost impossible for a person click or tap in a cellphone-tablet the same pixel 3 times or more in a row.
