the only clock that can be changed is for the daily challenge start time

If for daily challenges. Open the daily challenge quest. On the top right there are 2 gears interlocking each other. Press on them. If you didn't select one of the 2 presented daily options, select one first. Than press on those gears on the top right corner. Than you can change the time the daily challenges start. It'll take some time before the new start time will take in affect

I assume by when he's asking he means server clock for DST adjustment which is different between US and Europe. Which for beta it's in Europe (while the US just adjusted today, Europe adjusts on Mar 31st)
