When will we get the additional Medal expansion on live servers?

Here on beta we got a new Medal expansion one or two weeks ago. When will we get it on the Live servers?

Items are added with whatever version they are introduced with. Live is only on 1.94, and the expansion was added at a later version on Beta. So 1.95 or 1.96.
