When GB buff/upgrade?

And so many others need a buff/upgrade, and I am not asking for extremely useful and new skills/bonuses/buffs but atleast something that would allow us seriously think about put some of them to replace some event buildings, and I am even ok if they start asking for goods per each level after level 10 or 80.

Just want to know when! When we will have news about this?

Imo, I think that the chances are better that they will create a room in the GB to house a Historical Ally. There is nothing in it for INNO to just buff the GBs.
