I am slowly advancing to the next age, and am wondering, when does the town hall upgrade?

That is correct, I assume you read that here in the forums. Did you really expected to get an other answer if you'd ask the same question another time?

No, it's just that it was not 100% clear in that thread whether the people actually know it doesn't increase, or are suggesting to the Op that it actually increases with age. Thanks for clearing that up for me. ^.^
