Cannot Reproduce: Visiting other player's Town Hall

When i visit other player's Town Hall i always get something like this

Thanks both! We can't reproduce this issue so far. Could you let us know by which method or from which social bar you are visiting the players when this happens? Does it happen every time or just some of the time?

Same thing here as well, i checked guildies, friends and neighbors. All the same, weirdly in my own city it is showing correctly.
I'm on Firefox/67 Windows 7 and Flash

FYI, it also happens on my laptop (where i use the last distro of ubuntu linux)
