Duplicate: Unresponsive city

Just after the 1.33 update, whenever i visited any city for polivation and returned to mine, the buildings became unresponsive
also the gold box(collect all) button appears even though there is nothing to collect in city and disappears after a while.
Have to refresh all time to solve this prob
