Not A Bug: Unfinished vineyard producing

I finished building vineyard with diamonds and now I have started production but it is only half built.
I tried to upload the screen save but it wouldn't upload.

This sounds like a display issue to me, possibly cache related. But if it resolves on refreshing then it is probably not a bug.
