Discussion Turkey Server Forgotten? Massive Diamond Price Increase and No Support

We are playing on the Turkey server. Recently, there has been a huge price increase for diamonds on the Turkey server. We can no longer make purchases through Microsoft Store.

When we contact the admins, we either receive no response at all or no helpful response. Dozens of people have written about this issue on the forum, yet not a single admin has commented to say, “We are working on this” or provided any kind of support.

Has the Turkey server been forgotten? Hundreds of players from the Turkey server have contacted support, but none of them received a reply from any admin.

In a country where the minimum wage is 22,000 TRY, diamonds are being sold for 10,000 TRY. We simply cannot afford to buy diamonds anymore. The only explanation we get from the admins is that “the system sets the prices.” But if the system sets the prices, we still have no way to file a proper complaint. We receive no feedback at all.

They tell us to contact higher authorities, but we don’t even know who or where that highest authority is. Are we supposed to know this? What exactly are our in-game admins responsible for?

A 1461% price increase on the Microsoft Store is simply unbelievable. We are aware that our server does not have a very large player base. The main reasons for this are the lack of advertising and the fact that the early stages of the game are very difficult.

While we, as players, are doing our best to keep new players in the game, this massive price increase by the admins completely ties our hands. I’m not even sure if I’m reporting this issue in the right place, but I hope that game developers and the people responsible for pricing will see this message here.

In recent years, the value of the Turkish Lira has declined significantly, especially against the Euro. To keep pricing fair across platforms and aligned with current market conditions, we’ve had to adjust our prices in this currency.

We are aware of the financial challenges many players in Turkey are experiencing, and we are genuinely sorry that this adjustment is necessary. It enables us to continue maintaining and improving the game for everyone.

If you are playing through a third-party platform, we kindly recommend checking the browser version of the game, where offers are often more advantageous.

I understand that currency fluctuations and global inflation may require price adjustments. However, this increase does not align in any way with the economic realities in Türkiye.

Although inflation is high in Türkiye, salaries and living costs have certainly not increased sixteenfold within such a short period. To better illustrate the situation, I would like to make a few comparisons:

• Minimum Wage (2025): Net 22,104.67 TRY.
An 8,999 TRY diamond package corresponds to approximately 40% of a worker’s monthly salary.

• Average Rental Costs:
In Istanbul and other major cities, average rent ranges between 10,000–15,000 TRY. This means a single diamond package has become equivalent to a family’s monthly rent expense.

• Windows Lifetime License Cost:Official Windows licenses in Türkiye cost approximately 5,000–6,000 TRY. In other words, a lifetime operating system license is cheaper than the one-time virtual package you are offering.

These comparisons clearly demonstrate that your pricing is entirely disconnected from Türkiye’s economic conditions. This pricing policy effectively makes the game inaccessible for Turkish players and alienates your loyal community through a punitive approach.

Therefore, I strongly request that you reconsider Türkiye’s pricing by taking Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) into account. A fair pricing model that reflects the real economic conditions of your player base would help preserve community trust and ensure the long-term sustainability of the game.

Additionally, even when purchasing through the browser, the price still reflects an approximately 135% increase, which further reinforces the concerns outlined above.
