I get the company cannot confirm you watched this ad message, even when I did see one.
Mac desktop, MAC OS Sierra 10.12.2. / Firefox 58.0.2 (latest).
Still using Flash due to the above.

I just tried to watch the ad on HTML5 with up to date Chrome browser. It shows the first image and freezes. I can click and reach the ad page, but that of course doesn't give credit. I have even seen two different starts of ads Best Buy & Disney.

Windows 10 home, Google Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186, I have no idea what version of flash I am using, and none of the supposed ways to find out worked for me.

Now I'm getting a message that I need to disable my adblocker. I looked at my Google extensions, and I didn't see an ad blocker. I'm not sure how to do what it is asking, and I bet I won't be the only one.

You do not see any popup blocker listed in extensions? Is it possible it is part of your antivirus?

I have avast anti-virus. I do not see an indication of an ad-blocker, but maybe someone can help me figure out where it might be. As far as extensions go, I have Adobe Acrobat, Allow Copy, Chrome Speak, Disable HTML5 autoplay (but I turned this off), Google Docs offline, Google translate, Scraper, and The Camelizer. I have chrome apps: Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Today it happened to me - the video doesn't play, and asks me to disable the adblocker. Yesterday, on the same computer/browser, it worked perfectly fine and played the ad.

I do not have an adblocker installed, nothing like it in my Chrome extensions (the enabled extensions are Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs Offline, Norton Identity Safe, Video Download Helper, Save to Facebook, and in addition the Chrome apps: Docs, Sheets, and Slides.).
