Contact Support: Trades went wrong

I did two trades when i was in need of Gas and i bought 2 FP to do so and i never got the Gas.
there was two simular trades:
Jordan681917 offered 50 Gas for 25 Translucent Concrete
I clicked two of those offers and my 2 FP was gone also 50 of mine Translucent Concrete (140 after the trades and i had 190 before)but the Gas never showed up.

It is no big deal to loose some few gas its more if its a bug that can and will hit others too, then it should be solved asap.
