Not A Bug: Third Royal Garden building (promised for today) NOT rewarded

The announcement for the event promised that the third Royal Garden building will automatically placed in our inventory today. It seems that we did NOT yet get it.

Steps to reproduce:
1.) look into the inventory and search for the Royal buildings...
observed: third building is not there
expected: the third building should be placed into the inventory
