Fixed on Beta: The healing timer [54857]

The healing timer does not work properly. If a military unit needs 8 hours to heal itself, it actually takes 10 hours for that purpose.
This happens because every 4 seconds the timer stucks for 1 second (you can watch the countdown in a military building with injured units). Which means: for 8 seconds healing, we actually need 10 seconds in real time.

The actual time to heal is working correctly. It's just that the timer does not always update correctly.

I repeat: if a military unit needs 8 hours to heal itself (in the game), it actually takes 10 hours in real time... Is that... «working correctly»?
