• Overview of the bug: One negotiation or two, and finalising with a dismiss (it is the only thing needed to do). The exclamation point does not disappear, even when you get back to the settlement. Only to disappear when you get back to the city.

• Summary: exclamation point in merchant at the Japanese settlement does not disappear if there is nothing to do anymore.
