Fixed on Beta: The chat doesn't work

Global/Neighborhood/Guild chat doesn't work. The name of each chat in the top disappeared, all messages are cleared and whenever I try to send something I can't see it. My guildmate confirms the same issue.
Browser: Chrome (last version), in both HTML5 and Flash the same thing.

I see a comment after yours, and chat looks fine for me (Windows 10, Chrome browser, Flash).

Thank you. It still doesn't seem to be working for a few people so we have reported it to be safe

It seems to be off and on and more off for some than not. We have reported it though.
