For now you can't as this is a preview / beta of the game but last week as a "gift" for assisting in playing the game / testing and bug finding etc those who were here at the time were given some diamonds to unlock the diamond specific buildings / research etc and thereby also test / find any bugs relating to the diamond specific unlocks.
