Not A Bug: Text size too small

I am using Safari on an iMac. On my beta city, if I size the screen so that most of my city is visible, the text is too small to read. If I load one of my cities on a live server and put the windows side by side and make sure the building appear the same size,( so same computer, same browser, same time so assuming computer settings are identical) the text on the live server is much larger. Does this have to do with viewport size ( live server 1793 x 963 and beta 2391 x 1284) if so how can they be changed ?
