Fixed on Beta: Terrain Tooltip Info Not Showing [48357]

I don't know if this is happening on Beta, I can't find a bug report anywhere. In GvG and reportedly PvP as well, on Live anyway, the terrain info is not showing when hovering over it. Again, not sure if it's happening on Beta too but thought it might be good to put here anyway.
