Out of curiosity, should the support pool from observatory and guild levels' prestige buff and support pool be replaced by another guild relevant boost?

For example swapping support pool with X% :att_def_attacker_defender_ge: or X%:att_def_attacker_defender_gbg: . Also on the topic, should prestige reused and implemented for something guild related?

guild raids replaces GvG

so it would just be logical that it gets something for guild raids
Thats fair, though as support pool was meant to benefit the entire guild. Intended to support the guild's performance in GvG. At that time I believe the only guild feature. Reimagining guild's support pool as a buff to reinforce members on any guild feature, would make it vastly more relevant and rewarding. Supporting them military on GE campaigns could help members pushing for more encounters than ordinarily possible for them. For GbG goes the same but with advancements. As attrition tolerance has become more relevant. While it's unknown how guild raids function. I think it's not hard to imagine support pool to be extended to support the entire guild in their efforts in raids.
Overall it would make support pool relevant again for everyone and could make the GB sought after must haves.

So far nothing from support pool, maybe SBC, observatory will just give guild power instead of support pool?

It's logical that it gets some sort of second bonus. But it doesn't have to be anything very good, because even amongst GvGers support pool wasn't really the reason for observatory, it was the guild goods.

It should be passive, and guild oriented. And I'm not sure there's anything that really fits that bill that currently exists.

One possibility would be to turn support pool into a diminishing formula of some sort for "attrition penalty reduction". Where currently 100 attrition is 1999% attack penalty, and x18 goods:

Guild Support Pool
“Guild Action Efficiency Bonus” = (divide penalties by 1 + X)
Attack Penalty
Goods Multiplier
<=100
0.00%
1999%
18
1000
10.00%
1817%
16
10000
20.00%
1666%
15
100000
30.00%
1538%

1000000
40.00%
1428%

Advantage here is that it's valuable to work up as a guild, but you need an order of magnitude more effort to significantly increase its value, so it doesn't become out of control. This could apply to all of GE, GBG, and soon Raids.

The support has been useless for a long time.
It increases the number of provinces with 50% defensive bonus, 0 or 50% is the same.
The “Fierce resistance” bonus that almost no one was looking for has become a “top” with level 5 of the GE.

Raids seem totally different from GvG, support will probably disappear and so will prestige.

The main reason why support pool lost any relevance was the removal of GB's caps. Prior to the removal of the cap 150%:att_def_attacker: (see spoiler) was the max. Back then 75%:att_def_defender: could've been something to take into account. Later on GB's caps were removed, event buildings offered %:att_attacker: and eventually %:att_def_attacker: leading to runway buffs. Making 75%:att_def_defender: irrelevant for any established player. That's why support pool became irrelevant.
However the groundworks are present and clear. Guild perks failed but in concept it has potential. Imho @xivarmy 's suggestion for a revision of support pool's effect is highly interesting. Could imho also be applied to some extend to GE. Like slight reduction of hostile %:att_def_attacker_defender: and reduced neg. costs.

*prior to a rebalance GB's like Zeus offered 50%:att_def_attacker: at lvl10. After the rebalance they were nerfed to 30%:att_def_attacker: at lvl10. Prior to the rebalance defence GB's provided only %:def_defender:

GB's gave city defense. That city defence percentage was later added to Gvg and called Support Pool. With GvG gone those GB's give still city defense, something they were suppposed to do from the start, so no reason to find another game part for it to be used.

Rather stupid poll btw and very annoying way of posting. Say what you want to say. Use words. People are supposed to understand what you want to say. Not have to figure out what your childish smilies mean.

Because of a completely crazy development of the game which goes in all directions, now a secondary event building is almost more powerful (attack/defense) than GB with level 80

The Pegasus was created after it was clear that guild raids would replace GvG. That's why I'm wondering whether the guild pool will have a function in the guild raids
