Yes. Everything reinstalled and tried on many devices.
When I open the game and subsequently try to open the event window, the game freezes for a bit, then open normally. Next thing would be the pictures of Governor's Villa that are not showing anywehere. Not in the event window + not in the wheel section.

Recreation steps
Nothing helped, I reinstalled and reopened the game as well.
Frequency
Pictures are unavailable all the time, the freezing only in the first opening. When you close the game and reopen, it shows again.
Urgency
It is kinda annoying, you cannot see any pictures plus it's freezing.
Can this be reproduced?
It is occurring on the Beta server and all the time.
