Fixed on Beta: Summer Event: Event window: Display of latest events broken

The bottom bar in the event window only shows the very last event instead of cycling through the (more than one) most recent events.

(When fixing it, please consider my idea for this:

One suggestion for this: Leave the last event as static text, but add a ... or or similar button next to it, opening a popup which shows the events chronologically as a table - it was always annoying to catch the point where the timestamp jumps back and the events were repeated from the beginning...

... as mentioned in the feedback thread, in the former summer events, the last few (10?) events were displayed at the bottom, I just can't remember if they scrolled like a marquee or simply rotated every x seconds..

Observations so far:

• in the response of SummerEventService.getSummerWheel, the array eventLog always contains only one (the most recent) entry
• the websocket updates via SummerEventService.neighborhoodEventLogUpdate seem to work, but they merely replace the latest shown event instead of extending the event history.
