Fixed on Beta: Strange display

Hello.
Anytime i visit someone's city or one of my settlements, i get this strange display on the left side of the screen

1.162.b531791acdb (23.09.2019 20:07), balentone (165055), zz1, en_US, WIN 32,0,0,255, Windows 10, Chrome/77.0.3865.90, 1920x979, OpenGL (Baseline Extended) (512 MB VRAM)

This has been reported, it appears to only happen in the Flash version of the game, please could you try HTML5 in the interim?
