Here is a list of who the staff are for this server and what it is they exactly do. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact them and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
Beta Moderators
You may find these guys floating on the forums or answering your tickets. If you encounter anyone not playing by the rules, bring it to the attention of this group. They also answer questions and moderate the forums, process competitions' results etc. Basically, what other servers have as separate In Game Moderators and Forum Moderators, our server has all that and more in one role.
Current Beta Moderators are
Community Manager
This is the boss of the site. While the moderators look after the people for use of the forum and ingame, the CM looks after diamond purchases and bugs are forwarded through him to the developers so they can be fixed. The CM deals with all sorts of tickets and queries, ranging from purchase difficulties and breach of rules to simple inquires and innocuous issues.
The current Community Manager is Juber.
